Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless your item arrives faulty or incorrect.
✔ Received a damaged or incorrect order? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll put it right.
✔ Changed your mind? Unfortunately, we can’t refund for personalised items if the mistake was due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
