A spacious three-storey home from home in Hetton-le-Hole — sleeps 6 with two king bedrooms, one double, and private parking. Beautifully furnished and redecorated to our high standard, complete with an enclosed garden, TVs in all bedrooms and three washrooms (two bathrooms and a downstairs WC). Ideal for families, contractors and groups needing space, comfort, and easy access to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle.

Spread across three levels, the layout gives everyone their own space. 🛏️ Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third offers a double. All are dressed with crisp bedding and plush pillows, and each has its own TV with Roku sticks. The green double room also includes a dedicated work area with a wide desk, shelving and chair — ideal for contractors or WFH days. 🚿 The top floor master comes with an en-suite shower room, while the main bathroom on the first floor has a bath (a new shower will be fitted here by mid-November). There’s also a convenient downstairs WC. 🍽️ The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining, complete with a stylish glass table and French doors leading to the enclosed rear garden — safe for children and dogs to enjoy. 🛋️ The lounge is a cosy space to unwind after a busy day, finished with warm tones, soft lighting and a large corner sofa perfect for movie nights or long stays. 🚗 Outside, you have two driveway spots, providing free off-street parking for two vehicles, and you’ll find Aldi right at the entrance to the estate for convenience. 📍Located within a desirable modern development, you’ll have easy access to the A690 and A19, making Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle all within a short drive. - Dogs of all breeds are welcomed, there is not a limit of how many dogs can stay as such, however due to the size of the home its recommended to have no more than four large dogs. - The garden is a medium, fully enclosed and secure with a 6ft fence. - There is a connecting garden, with gaps between the wood panels, and the neighbours do have two small pups. - On nights such as Bonfire Night and New Years Eve, you are likely to hear fireworks. - There are a selection of food and water bowls available, however, you're welcome to bring your own instead. - This home does not have dog crates available and ask that you bring your own, if required. - The home does not have dog beds and ask that you bring your own. - The home does not have spare throws available for your pooches and ask that you bring your own to put on furniture if they like to sit with you. - There will always be poop bags and cleaning essentials available for you to clean up after your dogs too

✅  How to Book

1. Choose your dates - Use the calendar below to check live availability and prices. Dates in green show when the property is available. Most homes require a minimum 2-night stay, so some single green nights may not be bookable. If a date is green and underlined, it’s part of a valid stay. 2. Submit a booking request - Fill in your details to send a request directly to both XL Escapes and the property host. 3. We’ll confirm everything within 24 hours - The host will respond to confirm availability, the deposit required to secure your stay, the full balance remaining, and when it’s due (typically 4-6 weeks before arrival). 4. Pay your deposit and secure your stay - You’ll receive a Stripe payment link by email. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and your dates are locked in.
