XL Escapes Membership
Terms & Conditions for Hosts

Membership Fees:

Hosts are required to pay the membership fee in advance, either monthly, quarterly (3 months), or annually (12 months).

All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment term is chosen (monthly, quarterly, or annual), it is locked in for that period. If you choose a quarterly or annual term, early cancellation will not result in a refund for any remaining period. This ensures consistent support and promotion for your property.

Guest Referrals & Bookings:

XL Escapes will promote your property based on the details you provide and direct potential guests to your own booking website. XL Escapes is not responsible for the guests who book through your site and is not liable for any incidents, issues, or claims related to the guest’s stay.

All communication, policies, and booking terms for guests are managed by you, the host. XL Escapes acts solely as a referral and marketing service.

Marketing & Promotion:

We’ll promote your property across XL Escapes’ website, social media, and other platforms, showcasing your unique features and updates to attract guests who appreciate XL Bully-friendly accommodations.

Marketing content will be based on the information you share, but we may also source updates from your social media or website to keep listings accurate. You agree that we can share your property photos, descriptions, and relevant details across our platforms.

Exempt & Reactive Dog Policies:

XL Escapes caters to accommodations suitable for exempt and/or reactive dogs, such as XL Bullies, but does not assume liability for these accommodations. Hosts are responsible for any required insurance or accommodations specific to hosting these types of pets.

Services Provided by XL Escapes:

Property Listing & Exposure: Your property will be featured on XL Escapes’ platforms, optimised for visibility and interest from pet-friendly guests.

Social Media Promotion: We’ll promote your property on social media channels, tailored to your property’s strengths and aligned with current trends to increase guest interest.

Marketing Content Updates: XL Escapes will update your property listing based on the information you provide and, where relevant, may source updates from your social media to ensure consistency in messaging.

Indemnity & Liability:

XL Escapes is not responsible for guest behaviour, disputes, or incidents that may arise during their stay at your property. Any guest-related issues remain your responsibility as the host.

Hosts indemnify XL Escapes from any claims arising from guest stays, property issues, or inaccuracies in the information provided for listings.
