To get the best results, please provide:
✔ At least three clear, high-quality photos of your dog (good lighting, sharp details).
✔ A front-facing image – Avoid blurry, cropped, or shadow-heavy pictures.
✔ Your dog must be sitting – No lying down or upside-down photos.
✔ Chest, face, ears, and neck must be clearly visible – This helps us capture your pet’s unique features!

We always do our best to capture your dog’s unique features, but sometimes the AI application we use may not recognise certain breeds perfectly. If we feel that we haven’t been able to capture your pooch correctly, we’ll gladly provide you with an additional artwork print of a different style (e.g., a hand-painted artwork) free of charge. Our goal is to make sure you receive something truly special!
📌 Return & Refund Policy
We put a lot of love and care into every custom artwork, and we want you to absolutely love your print! Since this is a digital product, we can't offer refunds once work has started, but we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy.
✔ Need a small tweak? – We offer free minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small refinements) to make sure you’re 100% satisfied, but we do need to limit this to three.
✔ Additional changes? – If you’d like further adjustments, we can do that for a small fee.
✔ Something not right? – If we’ve made an error (e.g., missing personalisation or wrong file), just let us know—we’ll fix it right away!
