Skyecroft Kennels is set in a quiet countryside location close to Old Eldon, providing a relaxed, safe, and friendly environment for dogs and cats of all breeds. With a small, dedicated team of pet-loving staff, every animal receives individual care, attention, and enrichment throughout their stay.
Dogs enjoy three exercise periods a day, using any of the six secure paddocks—two of which are astro-turfed for low-mud winter play. Sociable dogs can join supervised playdates grouped by size and energy level, while dogs who prefer space enjoy 1-2-1 sessions in a privacy-screened paddock.
Kennels are centrally heated to ensure guests stay warm and cosy, with plastic beds, vet bedding, and blankets provided. Owners are welcome to bring their own bedding if preferred, with the note that it may not always be returned due to washing rotation.
Mealtimes are flexible, with breakfast and tea provided as standard. Skyecroft offers a range of quality wet and dry foods, and owners may supply specific diets where needed.
Skyecroft’s caring team spend time with each pet every day—offering fuss, treats (where allowed), chats, cuddles, and hands-on care. Medication for non-infectious conditions can be administered between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
