Sleeping up to four guests in a twin and double bedroom, all bed linen and towels are supplied.
Dawn has a pretty garden which wraps around the bungalow. It is enclosed with concrete board fencing, measuring 6 feet on three sides and 4 feet on the remaining side.
The bungalow has off-road parking for one car, excellent WiFi, Smart TVs and a well-equipped kitchen with most things you could ever need.

Boundaries consist of concrete board fencing.
Three sides of the garden have 6-foot fencing, with the remaining side being 4 feet high.
A maximum of two dogs are welcome.
Dogs must not be left unattended at the property.
Owners are asked to bring throws to cover the sofa and their own dog towels.
Dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled outside the property gates in accordance with current legislation.
There are no other animals on site.
Plenty of long walks are available directly from the property.
