Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 inviting bedrooms, this welcoming holiday home is ideal for families, friends, and multi-generational stays looking to explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck and Dorset coastline.
Inside, the cottage offers bright and comfortable living spaces designed for relaxing holidays at any time of year. The spacious sitting and dining room provides plenty of room to unwind after a day exploring, with comfortable seating, a large dining table, and double doors opening directly onto the garden for easy indoor-outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catering stay, while the ground floor bedroom, which can be configured as a super king or twin room, and shower room offer added flexibility for guests preferring fewer stairs.
Upstairs, the cottage features two further bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an additional super king or twin room. A family bathroom on the first floor complements the ground floor shower room, making the cottage practical as well as comfortable for larger groups.

The remaining boundaries are fenced. There is a side access gate approximately 4ft high, fencing is 6ft and the wire fencing around the hedging is a minimum of 4ft.
