Full Property Description:
Set across two sites in Aldridge, Bosty Fields is a local couple’s passion project turned award-worthy facility for dogs. With four secure grass fields and two woodland walks, the site has been created for one simple reason: to give every dog a safe space to run, explore, and simply be more dog.
At the Bosty Lane entrance, you’ll find Wenlock Walk (3.3 acres) and Linley Leap (3.1 acres). Both pastures combine long grass for snuffling with shorter areas for play, plus drinking water, poo bins, paddling pools, and plenty of bags provided.
At the Anglian Road entrance, the two newest fields, Tumbledog (3 acres) and Snufflewoof (5.4 acres), offer extra enrichment with permanent hard pathways for wheelchair and pushchair access, agility-style tunnels, humps, benches, shelters for all weather, and water for thirsty paws.
After two field visits, owners can also access the secure woodland walks: Fae and Troll, each 4 acres of oak, ash, chestnut, and hawthorn, with gently sloping paths. Fae is home to whimsical fairy houses, while Troll is full of character (and gulley trolls if you believe the stories!). These walks are perfect for exploring, though not recommended for very small dogs due to fencing restrictions set by the woodland’s SSSI status.
Every field is secured with 6ft fencing and private gated entry. Parking is available inside each field for two cars, and staggered booking times mean no overlap with other users. Prices start at just £11 for 50 minutes, with clear pricing up to 6 dogs — and larger group bookings available on request.

Local Area Guide:
Bosty Fields is based in Aldridge in the Walsall borough, with entrances at Bosty Lane (WS9 8EU) and Anglian Road (WS9 8EP). Easily accessible from Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, it’s a convenient location for local owners who want a safe, stress-free space to exercise their dogs away from busy parks and public areas.
Meet The Owners
Bosty Fields was created by Dave and Sara, lifelong dog lovers with a pack of eight setters and a blind pointer. Four of their dogs were rescues from Europe, each with their own quirks and recall challenges. Struggling to find secure local fields, they poured their savings, time, and energy into transforming pastureland into a safe haven for dogs.
Their ethos is simple: give dogs space, freedom, and safety — especially for reactive, nervous, or rescue dogs who need time off-lead without worry.

Ready to Book?

XL Escapes Peace Of Mind Promise
Every business you see on XL Escapes has confirmed to us that they welcome XL Bullies.
Before being listed, we ask the questions we’d want answered ourselves — from real experience living and travelling with XL and reactive dogs. That includes confirming they are happy to host XL Bullies, that their listing details are accurate, and that they’ve considered their own legal and insurance responsibilities.
We don’t assume. We don’t guess. We ask — and they confirm.
If anything changes or a business doesn’t stand by what they’ve told us, we take it seriously.
If a business listed on XL Escapes turns you away because of your dogs breed, contact us. We will review it, remove them if necessary, and refund your membership.
